The white ones. Whites! (someone call Richard Gere!) Whites, it'll be bright and cheerful. IMO I think the blues are classic. But I also think a wedding is a perfect excuse to wear his whites. It's really his choice. unless your white dress matches his uniform white exactly, otherwise one of you will look dirty (IMO).
